The Committee for the Liberation of the Peoples of Russia (Russian: Комитет Освобождения Народов России, Komitet Osvobozhdeniya Narodov Rossii, abbreviated as Russian: КОНР, KONR) was a committee composed of military and civilian Nazi collaborators from territories of the Soviet Union (most being Russians).
